  • Accident insurance with worldwide coverage on a private basis
  • Contributions to occupational and non-occupational accident insurance are paid completely by Viseca
  • Continued payment of salary in case of accident or sickness for up to two years, depending on length of service
  • Good pension fund benefits
  • 18 weeks maternity leave with 100% salary
  • 10 days paternity leave

Modern working environment

Viseca is a modern, innovative company. This is reflected in the Viseca working world, which features flexible workplaces based on a working zone concept. Employees have different working zones available to them to accommodate their particular needs: dedicated zones for work requiring concentration, cross-team meetings and informal interaction. Every floor has a café-style break room equipped with pinball machines, tabletop football or a gaming arcade. And those need to rest and relax in peace and quiet can retire to our sleep area.

Friendly work space – your health is important to us

Viseca was awarded the Friendly Work Space label by “Gesundheitsförderung Schweiz” (Swiss foundation for the promotion of health) in October 2018. The label recognises companies that have a systematic occupational health management system in place creating optimal conditions for preserving and promoting the health of their employees.
