How does the application process work?

Our application process is designed to be uncomplicated and mutually beneficial. That’s important. We want it to be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and find out if we’re a good fit. We do this in six steps.

Submit your application materials

Please use our recruiting tool to send us your application materials. We will confirm receipt of your application within 24 hours.

Time: approx. 10 minutes

Review of application materials

We carefully review your application materials and compare them against the requirements of the job. Together with the line manager, we decide whether to take the next step.

Time: several days

First interview

If interest is present, we will invite you to a personal interview. The purpose of the interview is to determine if we fulfil each other’s expectations and could be a good fit.

Time: 1 to 1 1/2 hours

Second interview

Depending on the position in question, a second interview will be arranged. In advance you will be asked to complete a personality test, but since there are no right or wrong answers, it’s nothing to worry about. For management positions, we also conduct a brief assessment.

Time: 1 to 3 1/2 hours

Offer

If on the basis of all this it looks like we’re a good match, nothing more stands in the way of a work commitment. We’ll inform you about the details of our offer, agree on a commencement date and clarify any questions you may still have.

Welcome to Viseca! The first day of your new job is Welcome Day, when you’ll receive all kinds of important information and be introduced to co-workers and contact people. The first few months of your employment will be focussed on an orientation and training plan and a series of internal events where you’ll learn more about Viseca.
