"one" is the online service for easy and secure payment on the Internet. "one" enables you to conveniently check and confirm online payments via a smartphone app (3-D Secure).

Cashless payments

Accepted worldwide: Your credit card is welcomed at over 43 million points of sale worldwide.

Contactless payment

Wherever you see the contactless symbol, you can briefly hold your credit card up to the payment terminal and that's it, you've paid. For small amounts you don't even have to enter your PIN; it's easy, quick and secure.

Buying online

Registering for 3-D Secure is essential if you want to securely buy and pay online, whenever you like. You only need to register once in "one".

Payment by instalments option

Greater financial flexibility when paying the outstanding amount on your monthly balance. Decide yourself whether you want to pay in instalments (min. 5% of the outstanding amount or CHF 100, APR min. 12%) or pay the full invoice amount.

Transport Accident Insurance

Travel and air accident insurance provides cover if you suffer death, accident or disability as a passenger in a means of transportation. The insured benefits are transport and rescue costs up to CHF 60,000 per year and compensation in the event of disability or death of up to CHF 300,000 per year.

Instead of a paper statement (for which a charge is made), you can choose to receive your monthly statement electronically as a PDF file. Activate this service in your VisecaOne customer portal.

Option of receiving your paperless statement as a PDF in VisecaOne (ISR/direct debit) or as an e-invoice directly in e-banking (ISR).
