The cash withdrawal limit is determined on a individual basis and can be a maximum of 40% of your credit card limit per invoice period. Please contact customer services for details of your cash withdrawal limit.

If you withdraw cash at an ATM in Switzerland using a Kantonalbank, Entris Bank, Migros Bank or Bank Cler credit card, the relevant amount will be debited directly to your bank account. To use Debit Direct, you must activate this function at your bank.
