Registering for “one”

Follow these instructions to register quickly and easily at one.viseca.ch with your registration code and card number. If you need a new registration code, you can request one at one.viseca.ch/code.

To register, you will need:

  • your personal registration code
  • your card
  • a PC or tablet
  • your personal mobile phone
Information about the technical requirements for using “one” (web and app) is provided in the FAQs.

1. Enter the registration code

  • Enter your registration code and card number and accept the terms and conditions governing the use of “one”.
  • Click on “Register now”.
  • If you do not yet have a registration code, click on “I did not receive a code”.
  • Did you receive more than one letter containing a registration code? If so, click on “Yes, enter further codes”. Otherwise, click “No, continue registration”.
If you are already registered, you can add other cards in the web portal under “User account”.

2. Enter your personal details

  • Enter the e-mail address and password you want to use in the future to log in to the web portal and operate the app.
  • Enter your mobile number and select the type of smartphone you are using. If you do not have a smartphone or do not want to install the app, select the “Other mobile phone” option. In this case, you will receive SMS codes with which you can confirm or reject your online payments.
  • Click on “Continue” and confirm your e-mail address.

3. Enter the SMS code

Enter the SMS code that was sent to the mobile number you provided in the previous step.
If you did not receive the SMS code, click below on “Resend SMS”.

4. Install the “one” app

If under “Personal details” you indicated “Other mobile phone” for smartphone type, skip now to step 6.

  • Click on the link you received by SMS and install the “one” app on your smartphone.
  • Open the app and press the “I’m new here” button.
  • Press “Scan QR code”.
  • Press “Enable access to camera” so you can scan the QR code.

5. Scan the QR code and activate the “one” app

Using your smartphone, scan the QR code shown in the browser. In order to do this, you must enable access to your phone’s camera. Also activate push notifications so you can check and confirm online payments conveniently by app in future.

If you run into problems scanning the QR code, you can also complete the registration process without activating the app. To do this, click on “Skip”. In this case you will receive SMS codes instead of push notifications to confirm or reject your online payments.

6. Complete the registration process

When you see this screen it means the registration process has been completed.
  • Confirm your e-mail address by clicking on the link that was sent to you by e-mail.
  • Click on “Log in” to log in with your e-mail address and password to the web portal. Use the same login details for the “one” app.

If your mobile phone number is still the same, you can simply download the "one" app again from the App Store or Play Store and sign on as usual with your "one" login.

No. Viseca bears the costs of the SMS (mTAN). However, when you are abroad, roaming costs charged by your provider network may apply.

All smartphones with a functioning SIM card (prepaid or postpaid subscription).

The SMS code is valid for a maximum of 5 minutes.

Yes, we do. As the "one" app and the "one" portal are developed further, new functions will be added, and existing Viseca services will be integrated into "one". It may therefore be necessary to update the terms of use as new user rights and obligations become applicable. If necessary, you will be asked to accept the new terms of use in order to continue using the service, in which case we will notify you in advance on www.viseca.ch and via the other Viseca communication channels.
