Registering for “one”

Follow these instructions to register quickly and easily at one.viseca.ch with your registration code and card number. If you need a new registration code, you can request one at one.viseca.ch/code.

To register, you will need:

  • your personal registration code
  • your card
  • a) your personal smartphone or b) a classic mobile phone and a PC/tablet
Information about the technical requirements for using “one” (web and app) is provided in the FAQ’s.

Smartphone/classic phone comparison

Registering by smartphone (recommended)

  1. With your smartphone, scan the QR code in the letter you received from us. Open the camera and point it at the QR code. Open the link displayed, which will automatically take you to the “one” app. Alternatively, you can find the app in the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android) by looking under “one”.
  2. Download the “one” app and open the app.
  3. iOS: Scan the QR code again or enter your registration code yourself. Press “Next”. Android: Your registration code will be recognised automatically. If you did not scan the QR code, first click “I am new here” and then enter the registration code yourself.
  4. Enter your card number.
  5. Enter your phone number.
  6. Enter the SMS code which you will receive after you have entered your phone number.
  7. Indicate the e-mail address you want to use as your user name for “one”.
  8. Choose a password that is at least 8 characters long (use letters, numbers, special characters, upper/lower case).
  9. Choose how you want to log in to the “one” app (written password or biometric password).
  10. Indicate whether you want to receive notifications when online transactions are concluded.
  11. Your card is now registered for “one”.

Registering with a classic mobile phone and a PC/tablet

  1. In your browser, call up the following URL: one.viseca.ch/start
  2. Enter your registration code and card number.
  3. Indicate the e-mail address you want to use as your user name for “one”.
  4. Choose a password that is at least 8 characters long (use letters, numbers, special characters, upper/lower case).
  5. Enter your phone number.
  6. Enter the SMS code which you will receive after you have entered your phone number.
  7. Your card is now registered for “one”. If you later want to use the “one” app on a smartphone, just download the app and log in as usual with your existing user name and password.

The "one" app is available for iPhone as well as on Samsung, LG, HTC and other devices with Android operating systems. All devices must have a functioning SIM card (prepaid or postpaid subscription).

Delete data you do not need to keep (pictures, videos) from your smartphone, or transfer the data to your PC. Ideally, you should do a complete back-up of your smartphone.
