The Special conditions for participating in the surprize rewards programme stipulate the details of our rewards programme in binding terms. The conditions supplement or modify the “Conditions for the use of credit cards and prepaid cards issued by Viseca Card Services SA” (“General Terms and Conditions”) already in force and were accepted.

Viseca uses participants’ data to create individual user, consumer and preference profiles (“customer profiles”). Based on these customer profiles, we provide you with information about rewards and offers that are tailored specifically to you, and advertising that is unlikely to be of interest to you can thus be avoided. Viseca is constantly on the look-out for new surprize partners providing attractive rewards/offers so that we can better cater to your personal interests in the future.

Neither the data nor customer profiles of individual participants are passed on to partners of Viseca (surprize partners, Boost Loyalty) or other third parties. After you order a reward, your address information has to be passed on to the supplier in question for delivery purposes. When ordering a reward, you are made aware of this. Furthermore, the data of individual participants may be processed on behalf of Viseca by third parties in Switzerland or abroad for the sole interest of Viseca. If you have requested an additional card, the holder of the additional card can also earn surprize points for you when using the card and redeem the points you have jointly earned. This means that the holder of the additional card will have access to information about your surprize points balance. Details about the status of holders of additional cards may be found in section 9 of the conditions for participating in the surprize rewards programme.

In managing the surprize rewards programme, Viseca collects data about participants’ usage patterns and analyses this information. Details are provided in the terms of use governing "one" and our cookie policy.

Participants’ data are stored by Viseca or its subcontractors. The visibility of and access to stored participants’ data is regulated and limited by us and is monitored regularly. We take every technical and organisational measure necessary to ensure data security complies with the highest international standards.

Participants’ data continue to be stored and processed even after a participant no longer takes part in the rewards programme.

Personalised results (individual user, consumer and preference profiles) are automatically deleted no later than 24 months after participation in the surprize rewards programme is terminated.

Participants’ data which are required as documentation for the company’s accounts, will in any case be deleted in accordance with legal requirements after 10 years at the earliest.
