Please report any theft immediately to the local police and have a police report drawn up. Please also keep damaged items available until the claim is settled.
Send the claim form and the following documents to the insurer as soon as possible:
- List of the affected items with purchase receipts
- Repair invoice or confirmation of total loss
- The vendor’s response to the refund request
- Police report
