Competition Visa UEFA Women's EURO 2025:

Conditions of participation

1. The organiser of the competition is Viseca Card Services Ltd, Hagenholzstrasse 56, 8050 Zurich, Switzerland (hereinafter: “Viseca”). D&K Sports Management GmbH, Gymelsdorfergasse 4/1, 2700 Wiener Neustadt, Österreich and D&K Sports Management GmbH, Maschinengasse 19, 6330 Cham. Verein Werkstätte Drahtzug, Drahtzugstrasse 72-78, 8032 Zürich is commissioned by Viseca and Visa Europe to run the competition.
 
2. Individuals must be 18 or over, live in Switzerland and have a Visa credit card issued by Viseca at the time of entry in order to take part in the competition “Visa – UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 Gewinnspiel” (“competition”). Entry is free. The competition starts on 14 May 2025 and ends on 14 June 2025 (“entry deadline”).
 

3. To enter, participants must register on the competition website www.viseca.ch/en/weuro-2025. It is not possible to enter more than once. By completing the registration, entrants accept the competition’s conditions of participation.

4. The following prices are to be won:
1× Final Package: You and your companion will travel to Basel for the final on 27 July, including two nights' accommodation, category 1 tickets and exclusive gifts and Visa prepaid cards worth CHF 200.
4x ticket package: 2 category 1 tickets each for you and your companion for the semi-final on 23 July in Zurich.
6th - 20th price: one of 15 Adidas Women’s EURO 25 Match Ball.

The winners will be contacted via the telephone number or email address they provided on registration. If the contacted winner does not answer by midnight on 27 June 2025, their win will have been forfeited.

5. The draw will include all entrants who registered correctly and who made at least 10 transactions within the competition period from 14 May to 14 June 2024 and will take place after the entry deadline. It is not possible to participate in the competition without having made any transactions. Send a postcard to Viseca with the reference “Visa – UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 Gewinnspiel”. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged. There shall be no correspondence about the competition. Any taxes, fees or duties incurred in relation to the prize shall be borne by the respective winner.
 
6. Employees of Viseca or its affiliates and employees of companies involved in the execution of the competition shall be excluded from the competition. Competition agents and competition clubs shall be excluded from taking part in the competition. Furthermore, any participation via automatic participation software or manipulation of the competition shall not be permitted.
 
7. Participants who do not abide by these Conditions of Participation may be excluded from participation without notice or justification. In such cases, Viseca shall be entitled not to award prizes or subsequently to withdraw and demand back prizes and to identify an alternative winner.

8. Viseca may use the data of participants for execution of the competition and for further marketing or other communication purposes in accordance with the applicable General Privacy Policy (see section 1.3 at https://www.viseca.ch/en/data-protection/viseca) and may pass such data on to companies that are involved or commissioned. Participants shall be entitled, at any time, to prohibit Viseca from making further use of their data by sending notification in writing (including by e-mail) to Viseca.

9. Viseca shall reserve the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time, especially in the event of force majeure and/or if the competition cannot be executed or continued for organisational, technical or legal reasons. If the competition is cancelled or terminated for these reasons, participants shall not have any claims against Viseca.

10. Insofar as legally permissible, Viseca shall not accept any liability or responsibility in connection with this competition and the redemption of prizes. What is more, Viseca shall not be liable for technical failures of the website, including network servers or hardware errors, viruses, programming errors or other transmission errors beyond its control.

11. Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The result shall be final.
