Sale of cashgate AG completed

Aduno Holding AG and Cembra Money Bank AG have completed the transaction announced on 1 July 2019 – the sale of 100% of cashgate AG’s shares to Cembra Money Bank AG – as scheduled on 2 September 2019, after fulfilment of all closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
