Two new Board members for Aduno Holding

At its Annual General Meeting on 10 June 2015, Aduno Holding elected Pascal Niquille and Daniel Previdoli to its Board of Directors. They replace Markus Bachofen Rösner and Jean-Daniel Neuenschwander, who resigned.
Aduno Holding has elected Pascal Niquille (56) and Daniel Previdoli (52) to its Board of Directors. They replace Markus Bachofen Rösner, member of the Executive Board of Zurich Cantonal Bank, and Jean-Daniel Neuenschwander, member of the Executive Board of the Cantonal Bank of Basel-Land, who resigned at the AGM of 10 June 2015. Beat Stocker (55), who was a delegate of the Board of Directors from 1999 to the end of April 2011 and a member of the Board of Directors since 2011, also resigned from the Board at the AGM.
Pascal Niquille has been Chief Executive Officer of Zug Cantonal Bank since 2009. He worked for UBS in various functions in Switzerland and abroad since 1985. Following his position as Head of Corporate Clients Zurich Region, he took over as Head of UBS's Swiss Corporate Finance business in 2007. Pascal Niquille completed his law studies (lic. iur.) at the University of St. Gallen.
Daniel Previdoli, Head of Zurich Cantonal Bank's Products, Services & Directbanking business unit, has been a member of the Executive Board since 2007 and headed the Private Clients business unit for seven years. Prior to this he worked for UBS as Head of Recovery Management Primaries for eleven years and then as Regional Head of Private and Corporate Clients Zurich. Daniel Previdoli studied business administration (lic. rer. pol.) at the University of Fribourg.
