Under the revised Anti-Money Laundering Act, Viseca is required to regularly check that its credit card customers’ details are up to date. You may therefore receive a letter by post asking you to confirm your details in a few simple steps. Here’s what you need to know.
Since the revised Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) came into force, Viseca has been required to comply with enhanced due diligence obligations placed on credit card issuers. We therefore check our customers’ company details at regular intervals to verify the beneficial owner.
If you are affected by this mandatory review, you will receive a letter from Viseca in the post with a form enclosed. Please ensure that you check your details on this form, add or update information if necessary and return the form to us within 20 days. This will enable you to continue using your company credit card(s) without restriction.
Thank you very much for your cooperation.
