Set up “one” App

“one” App is easy and fast to set up and use.
  1. Request a personal registration code at one.viseca.ch/code
  2. You will receive the registration code by post
  3. Use the code to register at one.viseca.ch
  4. While registering, you will receive an SMS containing a link for downloading “one” App
  5. Click on the link and download “one” App
  6. Open the app, select “I’m new here” and scan the QR code displayed on the screen
  7. You’re ready to go!

The "one" app is available for iPhone as well as on Samsung, LG, HTC and other devices with Android operating systems. All devices must have a functioning SIM card (prepaid or postpaid subscription).

Delete data you do not need to keep (pictures, videos) from your smartphone, or transfer the data to your PC. Ideally, you should do a complete back-up of your smartphone.
