Conditions of participation
1. The organiser of the competition is Viseca Card Services SA, Hagenholzstrasse 56, 8050 Zurich, Switzerland (hereinafter: “Viseca”). The following companies, which have been commissioned by Viseca and Mastercard, are involved in holding the competition: Mastercard Aktionsbüro (c/o K+R GmbH, Hauptstrasse 81–85, 65760 Eschborn, Germany) and Reisebüro Eschborn (Hauptstrasse 70, 65760 Eschborn, Germany).
2. Individuals must be 18 or over, live in Switzerland and have a Visa credit card issued by Viseca at the time of entry in order to enter the competition “Mastercard Click to Pay campaign 2025” (“competition”). Entry is free. The competition starts on 19 November 2025 and ends on 31 January 2026 (“entry deadline”).
3. Participation requires registration via the competition web page:
www.viseca.ch/de/landingpages/click-to-pay-mastercard. It is not possible to enter more than once. By completing the registration, entrants accept the competition’s conditions of participation.
4. The prize is a trip to Madeira for 2 people (date of travel from 28 May to 2 June 2026), including the following features:
- Return flight from Zurich to Madeira
- Six days/five nights in a four-star hotel (double room with breakfast)
- Travel to and from home to the airport with SBB (first class)
- Local transfers in Madeira
- Private sightseeing tour with a local guide
- Boat tour along the cliffs with stops in secluded bays
- Ride in a carro de cesto (wicker toboggan characteristic of Madeira) from Monte to Funchal
- Traditional tea time at the Reid’s Palace hotel
- Visit a traditional market hall and sample local produce
The winners will be contacted via the telephone number or e-mail address they provided on registration. If the contacted winners do not answer by 15 February 2026, their win will be forfeited. The travel package has a total value of CHF 11’200.
5. The winners will be drawn from among all validly registered participants who registered for Click to Pay during the competition period between 19 November 2025 and 31 January 2026 prior to the entry deadline. It is possible to take part in the competition without registering for Click to Pay. To do this, simply send an e-mail with the subject line “
Viseca: Madeira competition 2025” to
info@mc-promotion.ch.
If you would like to revoke your competition entry, send an e-mail to
online@viseca.ch. Please ensure that your e-mail contains the following information: your full name, your credit card number (only the last four digits) and a statement declaring that you do not wish to enter the competition. Your notice of revocation must be received before the entry deadline (31 January 2026).
It is not possible to receive the prizes as a cash payment or to exchange the prizes for something else. No correspondence will be entered into in connection with the competition. Any taxes, fees or duties incurred as a result of winning shall be borne by the respective winner.
6. Employees of Viseca and its affiliated companies as well as employees of companies involved in holding the competition are excluded from the competition. Competition agents and competition clubs are excluded from entering the competition. Furthermore, it is not permitted to enter via automated entry software or by interfering with the competition.
7. Participants who do not comply with these conditions of participation may be excluded from entering without being notified or provided with a reason. In these cases, Viseca is entitled not to award prizes, to deny or request prizes back after the fact, or to award prizes to a different winner.
8. Viseca may use participants’ data to conduct the competition and for further marketing or other communication purposes in accordance with the applicable privacy policy (see section 1.3 at
https://www.viseca.ch/en/data-protection/viseca) and share it with the collaborating and commissioned companies. The participants are entitled to object to the continuing use of their data at any time by notifying Viseca in writing (including by e-mail).
9. Viseca reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the competition at any time, in particular in the event of force majeure and/or if the competition cannot be held or continued for organisational, technical or legal reasons. If the competition is interrupted or terminated for these reasons, the participants shall have no claims against Viseca.
10. Viseca excludes all liability and responsibility in connection with this competition and the redemption of the prizes to the extent permitted by law. Furthermore, Viseca is not liable for technical faults in the website, including network servers and hardware errors, viruses, programming errors or other errors in transmission outside of its control.
11. Swiss law applies exclusively. Legal recourse is excluded.
