Contract legal protection

Have you received an item that is of poor quality? Has a service not been performed as described in the contract? If a dispute arises in connection with a contract of sale or services, contract legal protection insurance helps you to safeguard your interests, assert claims and cover legal and court costs. 

The insurance covers the cardholder.

The following conditions must be met in order for insurance cover to be provided:

• The physical item is intended for business purposes and at least 50% of its cost was paid for using a Viseca Commercial credit card. The value of the item is at least CHF 50 (excluding delivery or assembly costs). 
• The purchased service is intended for business purposes and at least 50% of its cost was paid for using the Viseca Commercial credit card. 

The following maximum insured amounts apply per event:

• CHF 10,000: Mastercard Commercial Card Silver
• CHF 20,000: Mastercard Commercial Card Gold

No excess applies.

The insurance policy is included in the annual fee for your Viseca Commercial credit card and does not incur any additional fees.
