In the case of a claim, try to minimise the damage as much as possible. In the event of theft, loss, damage or destruction of your luggage while using public transport, please contact the transport company immediately to find out how to proceed and have them issue confirmation in writing. In the case of theft, also notify the competent police department without delay and have them produce a police report. Please also keep the damaged items in your possession until the claim has been completed.

- Confirmation of booking
- Police report
- Purchase receipt
