Travel legal protection

On business trips, you rely on service providers to do their jobs properly. But if something ever goes wrong and your legal rights are violated by a travel operator (e.g. an airline, hotel operator or other third party), traveller’s legal protection insurance will help you safeguard your interests, assert claims and cover legal and court costs.  

The insurance covers up to five people (cardholder, employees and non-employees) per card on a business trip, at least 50% of which is being paid for using one or more insured card(s) in total.

The following conditions must be met in order for insurance cover to be provided:

• The duration of the business trip is no longer than 120 days.
• At least 50% of the travel costs were paid for using a Viseca Commercial credit card.

The following maximum insured amount applies per event and per person:

• CHF 20,000: Mastercard Commercial Card Gold

No excess applies.

The insurance policy is included in the annual fee for your Viseca Commercial credit card and does not incur any additional fees.
