Topping up a prepaid card

Top up the credit on your prepaid card from anywhere.

Conditions

The fee for topping up the card is 1% of the amount or a minimum
of CHF 5. (Subject to your bank’s CHF/foreign currency rates.) 

The fee for topping up EUR and USD cards is EUR/USD 3.

Topping up by phone

More and more banks now allow you to top up your prepaid card quickly and securely with just a telephone call. Simply call your bank and ask for the required amount in CHF or EUR to be transferred to your card. Your card is credited immediately so you can use it straight away.

Topping up using a payment slip

Simply pay the desired amount in CHF into the card account using a payment slip. Please make sure you enter your card account number (110…) as the payment reason for every payment.

For Young Member Plus customers, the fee for withdrawing cash in Switzerland and abroad is CHF 5 per transaction. For all other customers, the fees of 3.5%, minimum CHF 5 in Switzerland and CHF 10 abroad still apply.

Topping up by bank transfer

The balance of the prepaid account can be increased with a payment transfer.
