Update your VisecaOne app

Your VisecaOne app is no longer up to date

If this screen is displayed when you start up your VisecaOne app, it means you are not using the latest version of the app. The version of the app you are using is no longer supported.

Please update your app in the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). It takes only a couple of minutes to update your app.

We regularly make updates available so that your VisecaOne app is always fully up to date. By updating your VisecaOne app, you ensure that you are using the very latest security standards to minimise risk. In addition to enhanced security, updates also regularly include new features and bug fixes.
  1. Open the App Store   on your smartphone.
  2. Select Updates in the bottom taskbar.
  3. All the apps for which an update is available will be displayed here.
  4. To update the VisecaOne app, select the Update option next to the VisecaOne app symbol.

Now you can carry out the update in the App Store:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app  on your smartphone.
  2. Press the menu icon and then select My apps and games.
  3.  Apps for which an update is available are shown with the “Update” option.
  4. To update the VisecaOne app, select the Update option next to the VisecaOne app symbol.
 

Now you can carry out the update in the Google Play Store:
