Legal support included

We are on hand to answer your legal questions. You can benefit from three hours of free telephone advice per year for initial inquiries. Contract legal protection also looks after you, with cover for up to CHF 10 000.– in case of disputes involving purchase contracts.

Attractive turnover bonus

It pays to use your card frequently. The more you use your Mastercard Commercial Silver card, the more cash you save. If you spend CHF 10 000.– on your card in a year, the card fee is halved in the following year. If you spend CHF 20 000.–, we waive the fee entirely.

The Insurance Conditions for private payment cards of Viseca Card Services SA shall apply in all cases.

Extended Warranty

If you used your credit card for at least 50% of the cost of your purchases and they are worth at least CHF 100, the warranty cover is extended automatically by 12 months at no extra cost. Under the warranty, replacement and repair costs are reimbursed up to CHF 2 000.– per claim.

Purchase protection and transport insurance

If you used your credit card for at least 50% of the cost of your purchases and they are worth at least CHF 50, they are insured for 30 days after purchase against theft or damage up to CHF 1 000.– per claim. You also have 30-day cover against non-delivery or incorrect delivery in the case of purchases over the Internet.

Legal protection services

Telephone legal advice

In the event of legal issues relating to your business activities, experts will provide you with an initial assessment of the legal situation and of the chances of success. You will also receive recommendations regarding further legal action.

You will benefit from three 1-hour personalised legal consultations over the phone per year.

Contract legal protection

In the event of disputes relating to your purchase and service contracts, contract legal protection insurance will help you defend your interests and will cover legal and court fees up to CHF 10 000.– per case if you paid for at least 50% of the purchase with your Silver credit card and your purchase is worth at least CHF 50.

"one" is the digital service for easy and secure payments on the Internet. With "one", you can check and confirm online payments conveniently via the smartphone app (3-D Secure).

Mobile Payment

Pay safely and conveniently with your smartphone or smartwatch. Available for Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay and other payment solutions.

Single-use virtual cards

Each virtual single-use card consists of a card number, expiry date and verification numbers (CVC/CVV codes) and is not personal. A virtual single-use card is valid for a single online purchase made within 12 months of the date of issue. It can be used for an amount up to your current spending limit and is included in the annual fee for the main card. An unlimited number of virtual cards can be generated.

Smart Data web portal

The Smart Data web portal gives you access to all transaction data. Reports can be generated and exported without installing other software.

Smart Data File Transfer

With Smart Data File Transfer, we can provide you with transaction data for your accounting system via an interface.

Collective statement

Your company receives the centralised statement by post, showing a balance overview or individual transactions for all cards.

Individual statement

You or your employee receive(s) the statement by post. The employee can also access his/her statement in PDF format through "one".

PDF statement in "one"

Companies with no more than one card can access bills as a PDF at any time.

Information statement in one

In addition to the statement, all cardholders receive their detailed transaction information as a PDF information statement in "one".

e-Bill

You have convenient access to the statement via your e-banking and can approve the QR bill. If bills are paid by direct debit, you receive the statement as a PDF without a payment section.
