Attractive turnover bonus

It pays to use your card frequently. The more you use your Mastercard Commercial Silver card, the more cash you save. If you spend CHF 10 000.– on your card in a year, the card fee is halved in the following year. If you spend CHF 20 000.–, we waive the fee entirely.

Insurance while travelling

Trip cancellation insurance

If you paid for at least 50% of the business trip with your Gold credit card, you are insured against unforeseen events before the business trip. If you are unable to start your business trip or can only start later, you will be reimbursed for cancellation or rebooking costs up to CHF 10 000 per event and per person, as long as the business trip does not last longer than 120 days.

Trip interruption insurance

If you paid for at least 50% of the business trip with your Gold credit card, you are insured against unforeseen events during the business trip. The insurance reimburses you for the costs of the unused part of your business trip as well as additional return travel and accommodation costs up to CHF 10 000 per event and per person, as long as the business trip does not last longer than 120 days.

Medical travel assistance

If you experience a medical emergency during your business trip abroad, medical travel assistance provides around-the-clock assistance and covers the costs of your return journey, repatriation or transfer to a suitable hospital up to an unlimited amount as well as medical costs abroad up to CHF 500 000 per event and per person.

In order to receive compensation, the business trip must last no longer than 120 days.

Delayed luggage insurance

If you travel by public transport and your luggage doesn’t appear within four hours of arriving at your destination, the cost of buying basic essentials will be covered up to CHF 5 000 per event and per person.

To qualify, you must have paid for at least 50% of the business trip with your Gold credit card, and it must last no longer than 120 days.

Luggage insurance

With luggage insurance, your luggage is insured against theft, damage or loss during the business trip up to CHF 5 000 per event and per person.

To qualify, you must have paid for at least 50% of the business trip with your Gold credit card, and it must last no longer than 120 days.

Collision damage excess waiver on hired vehicles

If you paid at least 50% of the vehicle hire with your Gold credit card, the collision damage excess waiver on hired vehicles covers the excess in case of hire car damage or theft up to CHF 10 000 per event and is supplementary to the comprehensive insurance.

Insurance when shopping

Extended Warranty

If you used your credit card for at least 50% of the cost of your purchases and they are worth at least CHF 100, the warranty cover is extended automatically by 24 months at no extra cost. Under the warranty, replacement and repair costs are reimbursed up to CHF 5 000.– per claim.

Purchase Protection and Transport Insurance

If you used your credit card for at least 50% of the cost of your purchases and they are worth at least CHF 50, they are insured for 30 days after purchase against theft or damage up to CHF 2 000.– per claim. You also have 30-day cover against non-delivery or incorrect delivery in the case of purchases over the Internet.

Telephone legal advice

In the event of legal issues relating to your business activities, experts will provide you with an initial assessment of the legal situation and of the chances of success. You will also receive recommendations regarding further legal action.

You will benefit from three 1-hour personalised legal consultations over the phone per year.

Contract legal protection

In the event of disputes relating to your purchase and service contracts, contract legal protection insurance will help you defend your interests and will cover legal and court fees if you paid for at least 50% of the purchase with your Viseca credit card and it is worth at least CHF 50.

Travel legal protection

On business trips, you rely on service providers to do their jobs properly. However, if something does go wrong and you find that a travel provider violates the law, travel legal protection insurance will help you defend your interests and will cover legal and court fees up to CHF 20 000 per case.

To benefit from legal assistance, you must have paid for at least 50% of the business trip with your Gold credit card, and it must last no longer than 120 days.

"one" digital service

"one" is the digital service for easy and secure payments on the Internet. With "one", you can check and confirm online payments conveniently via the smartphone app (3-D Secure).

Mobile Payment

Pay safely and conveniently with your smartphone or smartwatch. Available for Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay and other payment solutions.

Single-use virtual cards

Each virtual single-use card consists of a card number, expiry date and verification numbers (CVC/CVV codes) and is not personal. A virtual single-use card is valid for a single online purchase made within 12 months of the date of issue. It can be used for an amount up to your current spending limit and is included in the annual fee for the main card. An unlimited number of virtual cards can be generated.

The Smart Data web portal gives you access to all transaction data. Reports can be generated and exported without installing other software.

With Smart Data File Transfer, we can provide you with transaction data for your accounting system via an interface.

Companies with no more than one card can access bills as a PDF at any time.

Information statement in one

In addition to the statement, all cardholders receive their detailed transaction information as a PDF information statement in "one".

e-Bill

You have convenient access to the statement via your e-banking and can approve the QR bill. If bills are paid by direct debit, you receive the statement as a PDF without a payment section.
