Claim on a transaction
After receiving your request, we started the necessary investigation regarding the irregularities you discovered on your card statement.
However, we are bound by the internationally applicable regulations of Mastercard Worldwide and Visa International, which is why we must follow prescribed procedures. These procedures require all claims to be submitted using a standardized form signed personally by the cardholder.
It is also recommended that any available documentation such as receipts or correspondence with the retailer may be attached to the claim. We therefore ask you to submit your claim using a personally signed claim form and to enclose any evidence to this effect.
