The card limit is the maximum amount that you can spend on your credit card before settling your credit card bill. The global limit applies to all the cards (main and additional cards) that you hold.

How can I increase my limit?

You can increase your credit card limit temporarily or permanently, as required. Prepaid cards are excluded from this service.

If you have a Viseca partner banks credit card (e.g. Kantonalbank, Bank Cler, regional banks or private banks), you can contact your bank or your bank advisor directly.

NB: The limit cannot be changed by e-mail.

How long does it take to increase my limit?

As a rule, requests for limit increases are processed within two to three working days. If the request for a limit increase is denied, our Customer Service will contact you upon request.


Which factors does approval depend on?

The checking and approval procedure is complex and involves numerous factors. We can therefore not guarantee a limit increase for every customer.
