In the event of a claim, you are obliged to limit the damage or loss as much as possible. Please contact the transport company immediately to report the delay and have a damage report drawn up. Obtain the necessary confirmations and evidence, and send us the complete claim documentation.
Send the claim form and the following documents to the insurer as soon as possible:
- Evidence of delay (also known as property irregularity report/PIR)
- Purchase receipts for replacement purchases made
