Please observe the following to ensure a smooth payment process:

– Payment/reference: State your card account number (16 digits, starting with 110..)

– Note that different IBANs apply for credit cards and prepaid cards and the different card currencies

– Payments are booked within 2–3 working days

You can increase your card limit temporarily or permanently, as required. Prepaid cards are excluded from this service.

If you have a Kantonalbank, Raiffeisen Group, Entris Bank, Valiant, Bank Cler or Migros Bank card, you can contact your bank or your bank advisor directly.

NB: The limit cannot be changed by e-mail.

You can forgo the fee for postal delivery of hard-copy invoices by signing up free of charge in "one" and activating the paperless billing function.

You can also sign up for e-billing via your online banking portal, provided your bank offers this service.

If you cannot reach an agreement directly with your contractual partner, you must notify Viseca in writing of any unjustified debit within 30 days of the date of the invoice (or of the card statement, in the case of a debit card), enclosing documentary evidence to this effect (e-mails, letters, details of phone calls, receipts etc.).

Objecting to a transaction

To register, you need:

  • Your personal registration code, which you will receive by post or can request at one-digitalservice.ch/code

  • Your complete card number

  • a) a PC/tablet with your mobile phone or b) your personal iOS or Android smartphone
