Replacement card

If your credit card or prepaid card is stolen, lost or damaged, it will be replaced. Report the loss of your card immediately by calling our 24-hour card blocking service +41 (0)58 958 83 83. You will then receive a replacement card. Contact customer service if you need emergency cash.

You normally receive a replacement card within two working days if you are in Switzerland, and within three to six working days if you are abroad. To deliver abroad, we need the exact address of your whereabouts as well as a phone number that our courier can contact you on. The address has to be valid for at least the following six working days.

Depending on the card, a replacement is either free or costs a maximum of CHF 20. For details, see the fee schedule. Your Securicard/Securicard plus insurance will partly cover the costs. You can sign up for Securicard or Securicard plus insurance via the registration form.
