Limit / Availability of limit

As we are unable to identify the sender of an electronic message, we are not permitted for security reasons to provide any information concerning limits and limit availability.

In order to answer your enquiry, we must confirm your identity over the telephone. We therefore kindly ask you to call our customer service team. Our staff in the Customer Service will be happy to help you from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5.30 p.m, on +41 58 958 84 01.

Should you wish to change your limit, we ask you to send us your order with your signature, by post. If your card has been issued by a bank, we do not have the option to make changes to the limits without a corresponding bank order due to the applicable agreements between us and the bank. Please contact the latter, which will be glad to provide you with more information.
