Debit Direct (DD)

A Postfinance Debit Direct is an automatic payment order (see also bank direct debit). You can authorise Viseca to debit the amounts payable on your invoices automatically from your account – saving you hassle of paying manually. All you need to do is keep an eye on are the amounts that are debited. If there is a discrepancy, you can notify Postfinance within 30 days.

If you have received your credit card directly from Viseca and would like to pay by Debit Direct, we need you to provide us with a completed debit authorisation form. You can obtain this form from the post office. Alternatively, you can request it from our customer services team.
