Disputing transactions

All credit card transactions are transmitted via Mastercard Worldwide or Visa International and forwarded to Viseca for invoicing. Only after the relevant amount is booked on your credit card are you, the cardholder, able to notify Viseca in writing within 30 days of the invoice date of any transaction that you wish to dispute, and request a refund accordingly.
